MatchPort AR provides Ethernet networking in the same compact form factor and pin configuration as the MatchPort b/g wireless module, enabling you to design wired Ethernet or WiFi networking into your products using a single PCB design.

The MatchPort AR is a powerful networking co-processor module that sends and receives serial data in packets over Ethernet without burdening the device’s main processor. Virtually no programming is required.

Its features include high-performance 32-bit, 166 MHz, 159 MIPS platform, affordable, application-ready networking, enterprise-grade SSL/SSH and AES security, built-in CGI and AJAX web server, pin compatibility for Ethernet and 802.11 b/g wireless, Ethernet MAC/PHY; add only RJ45 jack and magnetics to device’s PCB and “Cisco-like” CLI, XML, serial and Telnet management capability.
