AVisum launches keyboard range
Audiovisual specialist, AVisum has launched a range of tough keyboards made to withstand all working environments.
From damp and dusty surroundings to crowded and compact spaces, this new range of keyboards has been designed with environmental needs in mind.
The DS86W Compact Desktop Keyboard is ideal for narrow spaces, measuring a mere 298mm in length and 21.90mm in height. It also has an IP65 protection rating against dust and water spray making it a necessary tool at machine or device construction, vehicle installations, aeronautics, and navigation systems.
External pointing devices like a mouse or trackball are not necessary with the DS86W, which features an integrated mouse function that can be fitted on the left or right of the keyboard during manufacture.
If space is not a problem, then the DS102W Dust & Splashproof Desktop Keyboard will take the knocks in any rough industrial environment. Full dust and splash proofing combined with extreme scratch resistance are just some of the characteristics inherent with the design of this keyboard.
It can be tilted to 15 degrees by using the keyboard’s two retractable feet. It is also ideally suited for 19inch rack mounted drawer units and is available with a Finger Mouse option to reduce the need for extra cables.
For a keyboard that is tough enough to withstand wild weather and vandals, the 65T-ES-TB Stainless Steel Keyboard is predestined for use in public terminals, machines and devices, which are exposed to extremely damp, dusty and high consumer traffic surroundings.
The robust, stainless steel made 65T-ES-TB is a vandalism-protected keyboard that features an integrated 38mm trackball with IP65 protection against dust and water spray. Ergonomic and compact in its design, the 65T-ES-TB can also be mounted to free up space.
