World advanced electronic packaging revenues to exceed US$42 billion by 2012

Worldwide advanced electronic packaging revenues totalled an estimated US$28.27 billion ($41.69 billion) in 2007 and are projected to exceed US$42 billion ($61.94 billion) by the end of 2012, says researchers Global Industry Analysts.
