Kontron has finalised its acquisition of Intel’s Communication Rackmount Server Operation, which means Kontron America Inc based in San Diego, is now the owner of the business.

Kontron extends its line of embedded mini-ITX motherboards with a the high quality KTUS15/miTX embedded motherboard based on the Intel Atom processor with up to 1.6 GHz and the highly integrated Intel System Controller Hub US15W.
