Rework station

Hernan Alcerreca

Weller has developed the WR3000M rework and repair station, tailored to the needs of professional repairers.

The largeLCD display provides clear information and the onboard menu system allows operators to change station parameters such as set-back, auto-off, temperature offsets and windows. The station also offers automatic channel changing and up to three temperature pre-selection buttons for each channel.

All Weller Tools, from the WMRP micro soldering pencil through to the HAP200 200W hot air pencil can be connected. The HAP200 provides a directional hot air flow that is adjustable along with electronic temperature control from 50°C to 550°C, along with the new wrk nozzle set allowing components up to 30x30mm to be reworked.

The WR3000M Rework Station comes with a WP80 80W soldering, DSX80 80W desoldering, HAP200 200W hot air, and WVP vacuum pickup pencils.
