Portable DVD player

TEAC Australia has released the DVP703 compact and portable DVD Player with a seven-inch TFT-LCD screen.

The TEAC DVP703 handles DVD, DVD+R, RW, DVD-R, RW, SVCD, VCD, CD, CD-R and RW formats. Tplayer is also compatible with Jpeg and MP4 images as well as Kodak Picture CDs, allowing users to view their photos.

A coaxial output cable means that viewers can also link the player into their home theatre equipment.

The player has a built in Dolby Digital AC-3 decoder and speakers with two audio output channels and a convenient stereo headphone jack.

It offers multilingual onscreen menus and subtitles, a practical remote control and a precise zoom function. Viewers can even chose between different screen ratios.

It has a a cost effective lithium battery that provides two hours of viewing time, an AC/DC adaptor and an in-car charger.
