Agilent and The MathWorks have announced the availability of MATLAB data analysis software with the purchase of Agilent 5000, 6000, 7000 and 90000 Series oscilloscopes.

Combining the oscilloscopes and MATLAB data analysis software enables engineers to analyse, visualise and filter signals. The integrated capability makes these tasks easier and saves engineers time. The agreement between the companies enables users to obtain high-quality instrumentation and data-analysis software from a single source.

This is the second agreement between the two companies. Previously, MATLAB was offered with Agilent’s EXA, MXA, or PSA signal analysers.  The agreement enables users to obtain instrumentation and data analysis software from a single source.
