Agilent Technologies Inc. has announced that its N6705A DC Power Analyser has been awarded four prestigious industry awards: Test & Measurement World’s 2008 Best in Test; Electronic Products’ 2007 Product of the Year; Design News’ 2007 Golden Mousetrap Award; and International Engineering Consortium’s 2008 Design Vision Award Finalist.
The awards recognise what each of these leading industry publications and organisation consider to be the most unique and innovative technologies, applications, products and services in the market.
The Agilent N6705A DC Power Analyser is the latest addition to the already award-winning N6700 Modular Power System family, the company said. It provides unrivalled productivity gains when sourcing and measuring DC voltage and current into a device under test (DUT). This tool, which R&D engineers can use to gain insights into the DUT’s power consumption in minutes—without writing a single line of code, represents an entirely new instrument category for R&D engineers.
According to the company, the Agilent N6705A DC Power Analyser combines up to four advanced DC power supplies, DMM, oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator and data logger. It also provides an easy-to-use interface, with all sourcing and measuring functions available from the front panel.
