Ballard’s CoPilot (distributed by Dedicated Systems in Australia) is data bus test, simulation and analysis software. The software, coupled with one or more of the company’s hardware products, supports MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, ARINC 664/AFDX and ARINC 708 data buses.

The software, claims the company, simplifies data analysis and generation with a variety of features, including: engineering unit conversion, data and performance monitoring and logging, graphical displays, and hardware and software playback. Using the auto-detection features and the interactive graphical interface, users can evaluate data bus activity, view and interact with data.

The software offers analyser features and provides an automated test environment for test development, test management and integration with other hardware and software applications.
